Academy
- Planning and conducting customer training courses, workshops and seminars in-house or externally
- Customer support during the project phase, implementation of customer-specific requirements
- Collaboration in the Online Academy (webinars, training videos, instructions)
- Planning and implementing internal knowledge transfers
Support
- Supporting customers in second-level support in the area of cloud solutions
- Processing support requests via telephone and helpdesk
Your profile
- Completed vocational training in the commercial or ICT sector, lateral entry possible with relevant professional experience
- Enjoy passing on knowledge and learning something new every day
- Enjoy customer contact
- Fluency in German, French an advantage
- Communication talent with a hands-on mentality
- Category B driver’s license
