Your tasks
- Training and education: You will be responsible for conducting training and workshops for our cloud solutions, both online and on-site.
- Development of training materials: You create and update training materials, manuals and online tutorials.
- Projects and consulting: You advise and support our customers during the project phase in the implementation of customer-specific requirements and the use of our cloud solutions.
- Feedback and improvement: You collect feedback from training participants and customers in order to continuously improve our training programs.
- Care and support: You will provide our customers with second-level support in the area of cloud solutions.
Your profile
- Experience: completed vocational training in the commercial or ICT sector, lateral entry with appropriate further training or professional experience
- Curiosity: The joy of passing on knowledge and learning something new every day
- Communication: enjoy customer contact, communication talent with a hands-on mentality
- Languages: Fluent German, other languages an advantage
- Mobility: Category B driver’s license
