You started as a start-up with n-tree. What was your initial experience of working with n-tree?
Very helpful right from the start, we were able to get off to a relatively uncomplicated start with good conditions.
What was the biggest challenge that you faced through the collaboration?

When we started, we had no idea what we needed for our system.
with regard to the entry system. We were therefore able to benefit greatly from n-tree’s expertise and advice.
What can you say about master data entry with the n-tree system? What can you do yourself? Is it easy to use?
Basically, we can do everything ourselves for the POS system and it’s very simple. More complex things, such as setting up the webshop or the authorization model, are supported by n-tree.
How do you see the trends in bouldering and climbing gyms in terms of digitalization?
It would be very exciting for us if the entire digitalization process were to focus even more on the smartphone in the future. For example, that the entire booking and registration system would be available as an app for smartphones. That would certainly be a future trend.
What have you liked most about our collaboration so far and what have been the biggest benefits for you?
What we like best is that we have a contact person on site. That n-tree is a Swiss company and we therefore have in-house solutions/service on site.
It was really cool how n-tree reacted during the pandemic! They were a real support . With the constant changes to the measures and the 3G ect, n-tree was very supportive and also offered us a slot booking system which was very helpful in the situation.
I thought it was great that they offered this.
Where do you see O’Bloc in 5 years’ time and how can n-tree support you?
We are expanding (will be doubled), we want a new customer experience at the entrance, for example an online mobile checkout.
Our only requirement of n-tree is a solid POS system and we want fast and clean support.
