Requirements
- You act in a customer-oriented and responsible manner.
- You enjoy working in a team, setting priorities and working in a structured manner.
- You have a very good command of German and a good command of English.
- You have extensive experience with MS Windows operating systems.
Your tasks
- You look after our customers’ existing systems.
- You support the field service in setting up the systems.
- You work closely with your team and are an important interface to development.
- You document customer inquiries and rectify faults using remote maintenance.
- You work on various projects.

The actual salary is significantly higher than the standard salary and depends on training and qualifications. The annual KV minimum salary without professional experience is € 25,494.00.
