Interview with Tobias Herger CEO Ägeribad AG
How did you hear about n-tree and what made you want to work with us? In the beginning, you “only” adopted the cloud solution from n-tree, but then gradually converted the entire system to n-tree. How did the adaptation work and what has changed in your company as a result?
When it comes to access systems in the pool industry, the name n-tree quickly comes to mind. Positive experiences with the cloud solution and good references prompted us to work more intensively with n-tree.
The networking of IT systems leads to complex interfaces. Such interfaces can be reduced by standardizing the system. This simplifies workflows and time-consuming coordination processes.
How did you feel about n-tree’s support during the coronavirus crisis, when the system had to be constantly adapted due to changing regulations?
You could feel the time pressure in the support team. The short-term adjustments to the corona measures had to be made in all pools at the same time. This led to traffic jams in the meantime. However, the rapid implementation showed that solutions and their implementation were being worked on at full speed.
What has been the highlight of your collaboration with n-tree so far?
Solutions that are directly and immediately necessary are prioritized and implemented as quickly as possible. One example I see here is the implementation of swimming lane reservations during the coronavirus period. This made it possible to reserve individual lanes online as a guest and use the QR code to gain autonomous access at the desired time. This relieved us of time-consuming booking and cancellation activities.
How can n-tree support you and your team even better in the future or what wishes do you have for the future?
Thanks to its broad market presence, n-tree sees many needs that are continuously being implemented as solutions. Following the principle of “Reduce to the max”, n-tree should concentrate on making the configuration of the system as simple as possible for the bathroom operator and minimizing complexity in the application.
